Repeater Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:RPTR), a leading provider of equipment and solutions to expand the coverage area of wireless telecommunications networks, today announced that it has shipped the first of several deliveries of its RC19-1x10-Dual-Directional (DD) repeaters for CDMA2000 1X wireless networks to Servicios de Comunicaciones Personales Inalambricas, S.A. (SERCOM)(www.pcsdigital.com.gt), a leading CDMA wireless operator in Guatemala and subsidiary of Telecomunicaciones de Guatemala, S.A. (TELGUA)(www.telgua.com.gt).

The RC19-1x10-DD is designed as a single-carrier repeater and features two power amplifiers delivering 10-watt output power at each of the two independent antenna ports. This configuration of Repeater's RC19 platform enables it to send the same signal to two different sectors. Other configurations of the RC19 platform can deliver two, or more, channels to single or multiple sectors with power of up to 15 watts per channel.

The RC19-1x10-DD is one of the products in the RepeaterCell(TM) family of repeaters. The family combines industry-leading price-performance with patented Receive Diversity technology, making it a viable choice for current and next-generation wireless network deployments.

The SERCOM order also includes Repeater Technologies' back-up power systems (BUPS), RepeaterStar Donor Antennas and the RepeaterWeb NMS, a Web-based network management system.
