Repeater Technologies Nets More Than $12 Million in Financing.

 Asset Management, Oak Investment Partners and Nazem & Co., constituting about 80 percent of the financing.

Alessandro Piol, managing director of Chancellor LGT Asset Management, joins the board of directors with this move. The funds will be targeted at research and development.
