? Better yet, can you make money to offset maintenance and administrative expenses? These are the questions aquatic facilities operators ask before they get into the rental business. It's old-school to think that government agencies and nonprofits shouldn't turn a profit. Instead, you should offer programs and services that meet community needs and that generate profits that can be reinvested to expand programs and services.
