that more often than not leads to counterproductive and even competing efforts among leadership and sales staff. In his presentation, "Integrating The C-Suite To Drive Revenue," Bosworth will address why one of the key obstacles remains creating a common sales foundation - a single set objectives towards which every department or business unit in the company can pull.

According to Bosworth, the first step for building a sales foundation is to define the ideal customer experience, or that which customers can expect when doing business with the company. Bosworth will describe the steps necessary to hone this understanding of the customer experience, walk through how to use it to establish a sales foundation, and deliver his vision for executing the sales process appropriately once the foundation has been established.

Following the keynote address, the event will segue into a thorough Q&A session where attendees can air questions specific to his or her organization and situation.
