Renovation underway.A half-million dollar capital improvement program now underway at 570 West Mount Pleasant Ave., a 41,000-SF office building in Livingston, NJ., is adding new polish to the two-story structure. The property's owner, Kushner Companies of Florham Park, New Jersey Florham Park is a borough in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 8,857. Florham Park was incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 9, 1899, from portions of Chatham , recently completed extensive interior renovations to the 30-year-old building and is now turning its attention to the building's brick exterior, which will be refurbished to complement new landscaping and walkways at the site.
