Renovation underway.


A half-million dollar capital improvement program now underway at 570 West Mount Pleasant Ave., a 41,000-SF office building in Livingston, NJ., is adding new polish to the two-story structure.

The property's owner, Kushner Companies of Florham Park, New Jersey Florham Park is a borough in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 8,857.

Florham Park was incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 9, 1899, from portions of Chatham
, recently completed extensive interior renovations to the 30-year-old building and is now turning its attention to the building's brick exterior, which will be refurbished to complement new landscaping and walkways at the site.

The building's current tenants, which include two insurance companies and four law firms This list of the world's largest law firms by revenue is taken from The Lawyer and The American Lawyer and is ordered by 2006 revenue:[1]

, are pleased with the results of the renovation. Anthony Montano, president of American Marketing Center of New Jersey, and a tenant since April, also praised the building's new image. "Inside and out, it really looks great," he noted. "It makes a terrific impression."

Situated in the heart of Livingston, just one mile from Route 280 and 8 miles from Route 287, the building offers convenient access to Newark International Airport.

The lobby and hallways were redesigned to give them a more elegant, upscale look, with some walls receiving a granite finish, and others new mahogany mahogany, common name for the Meliaceae, a widely distributed family of chiefly tropical shrubs and trees, often having scented wood. The valuable hardwood called mahogany is obtained from many members of the family; in America and Europe it is imported for  paneling. Wallpaper wallpaper was used in Europe in the 16th and 17th cent. as an inexpensive substitute for costly hangings. The French developed marbled papers, introduced from the East via Italy and used at first for box coverings, into larger sheets for wall coverings and also made , artwork and lighting were upgraded, and the elevator' received new brass doors. Herculite glass doors with brass bandies were installed on all interior offices.
