Renesas Technology Announces Changes in Management Team.


TOKYO -- Renesas Technology Renesas Technology Corporation (ルネサス テクノロジ|  Corp. announced changes in its management team, which had been decided in Renesas' board meeting today.

Yasuhiko Fukuda, Senior Executive Vice President, Board Director and Katsumi Suizu, Senior Vice President, Board Director will retire from their current positions on March 31, 2006. In addition, Yutaka Funada, Koji Yamanaka and Tadashi Nishimura will be promoted to Board Directors on April 1, 2006.
