) - Renesas Technology Corp. announced two tunable antenna varicap diodes for digital terrestrial broadcast capable portable and mobile terminals, the RKV RKV Reykjavik, Iceland - Reykjavik Domestic Airport (Airport Code)
RKV Remote Keying Variable
653KP featuring industry's smallest size of 0.6mm x 0.3 mm and the extended-package RKV653KL.

The two products can be used in a tunable antenna for One-Seg broadcasting and other digital broadcasting services such as DVB-H See mobile TV and DVB.  and DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) See mobile TV. .

Some of the unique features include high capacity change ratio at low voltage, environmentally-friendly-lead-free, halogen-free specification (RK653KPand RKV653KL) RK653KP, package code MP6 is 14yen and RVK653KL, with EFP package code is 13 yen.

Sample shipments will begin in Japan on August 3.
