Renaissance Worldwide BV and PeopleSoft BV Announce Partnership for Benelux Region; Agreement Strengthens Renaissance's International Presence in PeopleSoft Market.

BENELUX, Netherlands--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1999--

Renaissance Worldwide BV (NASDAQ:REGI) a global leader in business and technology consulting, and PeopleSoft BV recently announced Renaissance's selection as a PeopleSoft Implementation Partner for the Benelux region. The formal partnership agreement will enable Renaissance to consolidate successes and build upon the company's ERP client base and implementation resources in Europe. Renaissance is presently a formal PeopleSoft Implementation Partner in the UK, Germany and France, and has a total of eight European offices, including the Benelux regional office in Amsterdam. Operating as The Hunter Group, A Renaissance Worldwide Company, in North America and Asia/Pacific, the company has been a member of PeopleSoft's Alliance Program since 1993.

As part of Renaissance's global PeopleSoft services, the company is currently engaged in major PeopleSoft projects in the Benelux region, including a PeopleSoft HRMS v7.5 implementation in Belgium for Global One, a global telecommunications consortium comprising France Telecom, Deutsche Telecom and Sprint. PeopleSoft's Administer Workforce and Job Requisition modules will be implemented in 10 countries, and Payroll Interface will be implemented in three of those countries. Other recent projects in the Benelux region led by Renaissance include implementation of the Renaissance Balanced Scorecard(TM) management framework for a global management services organization and e-commerce and knowledge management projects for two major retail banks.

Renaissance's Enterprise Solutions operations in Europe previously conducted business under the name of The Hunter Group. As part of a re-branding initiative, The Hunter Group, A Renaissance Worldwide Company, changed its name to Renaissance Worldwide for all of its European operations in March 1999.
