Remove an evolution disclaimer from inside school textbooks.

The district includes all of Cobb County except for the city of Marietta.  in Atlanta, Georgia, must remove an evolution disclaimer (networking) disclaimer - Statement ritually appended to many Usenet postings (sometimes automatically, by the posting software) reiterating the fact (which should be obvious, but is easily forgotten) that the article reflects its author's opinions and not necessarily those of the  from inside school textbooks. Adopted by the school board, funded by tax money, and inserted by school personnel, the stickers read "Evolution is a theory not a fact:' In his forty-four-page ruling, Judge Cooper said that the stickers violate the establishment clause of the U.S. Constitution.
