Remedy Link for Microsoft Project is an integration product from Remedy Corp and Information Technology

Management which enables Microsoft Project product to be used for graphically representing project plans, to assist changes within a business.

It aims to reduce cost and mitigate risk by automating and managing the request, approval and implementation of strategic IT changes, extending the change task capabilities of the Remedy Help Desk application, and offering the capability to proactively manage all changes related activity within an IT organisation. The program passes data bi-directionally between Remedy Change Management and Microsoft Project, avoiding the potential for lost or inaccurate data, and using the complementary features of both products.
