Relocation for law firm.

Sullivan and Liapakis, P.C. -- the largest personal injury law firm in the nation -- will expand its operations in New York City. The firm, which currently employees 100 people, will relocate its offices to expanded facilities at 120 Broadway.

Williams Real Estate Company, Inc. served as Sullivan and Liapakis' leasing agent for the transaction.

The firm, which currently leases approximately 19,000 square feet of space at 100 Church Street, will relocate to nearly 37,500 square feet on the 18th floor of 120 Broadway.

In addition to Falk, Steve Schofel of Williams also represented the firm in this transaction. The firm's new location, 120 Broadway, is owned by Silverstein Properties.
