Relief efforts should be accelerated: Wattoo.

LAHORE, Aug. 13 -- Relief efforts for flood victims should be accelerated, Kashmir Affairs Minister Manzoor Ahmad Prof. Dr. Manzoor Ahmed (Urdu: منظور احمد) is a noted philosopher and scholar of Pakistan.

Born on September 22 1931 in Rampur UP, and brought up in Karachi, Dr.

Among Arabic-speaking tribes, especially Bedouin, the male head of the family, as well as of each successively larger social unit making up the tribal structure. The sheikh is generally assisted by an informal tribal council of male elders.
 Zayed Hospital, Wattoo said after being recovered, he would visit the flood-affected areas to help the victims. He said he and his family were grateful to all those who had prayed for his health. He said his hand got fractured three weeks ago, adding that he was suffering from chest infections and is being treated at the hospital.
