In a major enhancement to Reis Subscriber Edition, Reis today introduced a comprehensive new report--the Reis Asset Advisor--which in a matter of seconds produces a presentation-quality 40-60 page PDF document that contains the full Reis perspective on a given property. The report assembles all information that is available in the suite of reports Reis currently offers at the metro and submarket level, plus the company's popular rent comparable report (CompQuote Plus) and up to twenty sales comparable records. Reis SE clients download more than 25,000 individual reports every month, and the decision to create a single comprehensive address-based report was a direct response to expressed customer need.
