Reichmann/Soros signs lease.

Sylvan Lawrence Company, Inc. announced it has represented Reichmann International, L.P., a limited partnership of the Reichmann family and Soros Realty, Inc., in the subleasing of approximately 13,000 squars feet for their new U.S. headquarters on the 33rd floor at 520 Madison Avenue from the Chevron Companies.

Reichmann Intemational is involved as the advisor and manager of the $675 million Quantum Realty Trust, in addition to offering full real estate services in development, construction and property management. The firm is also undertaking major projects in emerging world markets. Reichmann Intemational also has offices in Toronto and Mexico City.

Marc G. Schauer, executive director and Philip L. Schaefer, director of Sylvan Lawrence Company, Inc., represented Reichmann Intemational. Gary Greenspan and Steve Santoro of The Peregrine White Company, Inc. represented Chevron.
