SpectraSoft's DocuPRO is a rehab documentation system that uses branching logic to ask the therapist for key information. Therapists can pick from 150 diagnostic templates, then click on drop-down menus instead of typing to log their observations. They also can cut and paste repetitive information from previous notes. The DocuPRO system captures all of the activity from the patient encounter and makes it available at the front desk, eliminating the need for superbills or charge summary sheets.

The system integrates with SpectraSoft's AppointmentsPRO, so therapists, front desk staff, and the billing department have instant access to a single, shared patient database. DocuPRO captures all outcomes information--both text and data--and formats it for both internal review and export.
