Rehab center expansion completed by Gale Co.

The Gale Construction Company, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), announced the completion of the expansion for the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation's West Orange Campus, located at 1199 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange, New Jersey.

This 102,000-square-foot expansion creates a new main entrance to the entire facility, a 48-bed Spinal Cord Injury unit and a 48-bed Traumatic Brain Injury unit. Additional parking was created on-site along with an expansion and modernization of the existing dining facility. Nadaskay-Kopelson was the architect for the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation's expansion.

This most recent project represents the fifth and largest construction project on behalf of the Kessler Institute completed by The Gale Construction Company. Prior projects included a 10,000-square-foot exterior renovation in Cedar Grove, New Jersey; two interior renovations in Saddle Brook and West Orange, New Jersey, totaling 32,000 square feet; and construction of a new 75,000-square-foot facility in Rockville, Maryland.
