Registration Statement Declared Effective for the Resale of Incyte's 3 1/2% Convertible Senior Notes Originally Issued in September 2006.


WILMINGTON, Del. -- Incyte Corporation (Nasdaq:INCY) today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission has declared effective its registration statement on Form S-3 relating to relating to relate prepconcernant
