The first part would consist of presentations by international experts while the second part would include presentations of national experiences in the corresponding thematic area by the participants from the SPECA member countries.The United Nations Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA) was launched in 1998 to strengthen subregional cooperation in Central Asia and its integration into the world economy.
