) presents Key Crime and Justice Facts at a Glance, a section of its Web site that presents trends in crime and justice in 35 charts that are updated as new data becomes available. Small versions of the charts (thumbnails) and brief statements of findings are presented. A click on each thumbnail will retrieve a page that contains a full-sized version of the chart and additional information about the data and findings. A click on the full-sized version of the chart will access a table with the data used in the chart. Also, spreadsheets with the chart data can be saved to the user's hard drive and imported into most spreadsheet, charting, and word processing word processing, use of a computer program or a dedicated hardware and software package to write, edit, format, and print a document. Text is most commonly entered using a keyboard similar to a typewriter's, although handwritten input (see pen-based computer) and  programs. In addition, full-sized color versions of selected charts, suitable for overheads or handouts, are available.
