The program provides comprehensive reports from one of the largest private-sector criminal history databases in the nation. Criminal data from criminal courts, state criminal record repositories, probation, prison parole and release files, sex offender registries and other government agencies are searched, as well as additional criminal history data that is proprietary to the NBD system. The screenings will also provide results on the individuals' previous addresses, maiden/married names associated with a Social Security Number (SSN), and whether a SSN number is being used by other individuals.
