ReelTime Rentals Enters Collaborative Licensing Agreements with Scream Networks; ReelTime to License IRDS Technology to Scream for the Build Out of the ''Scream Gridcast Platform''.

SEATTLE -- ReelTime Rentals, Inc. today announced that the Company has entered into a licensing agreement with Scream Networks providing Scream with rights to their Intelligent Rapid Delivery System (IRDS) in order to create a unified technology network, the Scream Gridcast PlatformTM. This new platform integrates IRDS and Scream Platform technologies into an end-to-end content management, encoding, streaming, syndication, and player technology platform that allows content owners and distributors to leverage existing video assets across the broadband Internet with a high level of encryption and security.

ReelTime Rentals, an early investor in Scream Networks, has entered into this agreement to enable the build out of the co-developed Scream Gridcast PlatformTM. This end-to-end solution expedites and vastly reduces media delivery costs by using segments that exist in an encrypted form on a grid consisting of potentially millions of computers. Going forward, ReelTime will dedicate a majority of its resources to securing licensing agreements with content providers and implementing strategies to build its subscriber base.
