Reed Business Information launches "BioPerform".

Reed Business Information Reed Business Information is a large business publisher in the United States, United Kingdom, continental Europe, Australia and Asia. It is a division of Reed Elsevier.

In 2005, Reed Business Information started the Quill Awards, a literary award broadcast on NBC.
 (Rockaway Rockaway, narrow peninsula, c.10 mi (16 km) long, SW Long Island, SE N.Y., in Queens borough of New York City. Separating Jamaica Bay from the Atlantic Ocean and isolated from the rest of New York City, the densely populated peninsula owes its growth to road and rail , NJ) has begun the publication of "BioPerform" magazine with an issue in March. The magazine is an extension of Reed's "BioPerform" brand, first launched in November 2005 through a web site, BioPerform.com. The magazine will be published monthly for a controlled circulation of 8000.

Both the magazine and online site are targeted to biotechnology and life science investors, entrepreneurs, scientists and associated service providers. The brand is designed to provide news, web-based and live events, features, directories and custom research to help entrepreneurs and researchers commercialize their discoveries and connect with the investor community, as well as help investors discover opportunities in established biotech bi·o·tech
