RedPrairie Corporation to Acquire BlueCube Software; Acquisition Serves as the Retail Cornerstone for RedPrairie's E2e(TM) Strategy and Will 'Revolutionize the Chain' Across a Multitude of Industries.


MILWAUKEE & ATLANTA -- RedPrairie Corporation, the world's fastest growing supply chain company, and BlueCube Software, Inc. have jointly announced today that they have signed a definitive agreement, whereby RedPrairie will acquire BlueCube Software.
