-Red Lion Hotels & Inns(R) is pleased to announce the opening of the brand's 37th property and its ninth in Washington state-- the 118-room Red Lion Hotel(R) Seattle South.

Formerly a Holiday Inn(R), the Red Lion Hotel Seattle South is located at Boeing Field -- just eight miles from downtown Seattle and Bellevue and four miles from Seattle Tacoma International Airport at the intersection of State Highway 599, State Highway 99 and Tukwila International Boulevard.

This newest Red Lion Hotel is owned by Kenco Enterprises Northwest, LLC under a license agreement with Red Lion Hotels, Inc., a franchise subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation.
