Red Gate Releases DTS Package Compare 2 for Fast Comparisons of Complex DTS Packages.

CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom -- Red Gate Software has released DTS Package Compare 2, a $295 tool that enables fast comparisons of Data Transformation Services packages, regardless of the complexity and number of packages on a system.

Despite Microsoft's introduction of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) in SQL Server 2005, a recent survey of SQL Server professionals shows that 73 percent still use DTS frequently.
