Recycling gets the green light.The Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corp. (RBRC), Atlanta, has introduced a new modular exhibit and display that it is featuring at various speedways throughout the summer and fall. As part of its "Green Means Go ... Recycle" campaign, RBRC is encouraging NASCAR NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing), organization that sanctions American stock-car races, est. 1948. It held its first race in Daytona Beach, Fla. fans to learn about rechargeable battery and cell phone recycling. The 53-foot long modular exhibit and display features a full-size racing simulator car, an interactive prize wheel where individuals can be rewarded for their recycling knowledge, educational materials and giveaways from RBRC. The organization has exhibited at Chicagoland Speedway in July and will exhibit Oct. 14 at Lowe's Motor Speedway Lowe's Motor Speedway (formerly Charlotte Motor Speedway) is a speedway in Concord, North Carolina, north of Charlotte.
