The 6HV RC series is offered with ratings of 3,000 to 50,000 VAC and average forward currents from 2 to 4A. Maximum surge rating is 400A. Recoveries to 50 ns are available. The assemblies are available in half-wave, full-wave, center-tap, doubler and 3-phase configurations. They are used for high power communication transmitters, and induction and dielectric heaters.
