The induction ceremony followed a keynote presentation from highly regarded business visionary, Tom Peters. Peters is the author of well-know books such as "Thriving On Chaos" and "In Search of Excellence" most recently, "Re-imagine!" His provocative, thought-provoking presentation regarding business excellence in a disruptive age, set the stage for three days of innovation, ideas and inspiration for conference attendees.

Additional keynote speakers presenting throughout the conference included Mike Eruzione, captain of the 1980 gold medal-winning Olympic hockey team, who spoke about real values and their application in business today.
