Recom COO Rodney Hildebrandt Signs Five-Year Agreement.

), a life-sciences company developing patented heart-monitoring technology, today announced that the Board of Directors has secured a five-year employment commitment from Rodney Hildebrandt, Recom's Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Hildebrandt, 56, was a founding executive of Ethicon Endo-Surgery Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, is a company that designs and manufactures medical devices and surgical instruments with the intent of minimizing the invasiveness of surgery.

Ethicon Endo-Surgery was part of Ethicon, Inc.
, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, he served as that company's director of corporate communications; prior to that, he was director of sales planning and operations. Mr. Hildebrandt previously served in various operational roles for other Johnson & Johnson companies, including multiple positions at the Dow Component Company, with responsibilities for manufacturing, distribution and materials management.
