Chapter Competition This program is designed to encourage chapter programming that fulfills the mission of the Society. Each chapter competes in its size category and is awarded points in eleven different fields of programming. Membership Growth Three awards are given to chapters that achieve substantial percentage or absolute member*hip growth. All chapters with membership growth arc automatically eligible. In addition, a Recruiter of the Year is chosen in each chapter-size category for recruitment of new members throughout die year. Five Star This award is presented to any chapter that sets a standard of effort for well rounded professional chapter performance. Chapters submit an annual report in April, with various reporting requirements throughout the year in the area of administration. Neil R. Ginnetti Professional Development Tiffs special award will recognize an ASMC chapter in each category size for outstanding, innovative contributions in the professional development of its chapter members and tile tile, one of the ceramic products used in building, to which group brick and terra-cotta also belong. Scholarship Monetary awards arc given to graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and academic achievements.
