Reckson reports deals totaling 139,000 s/f.Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced that 18 leases totaling 139,000 s/f have been signed recently in the company's Long Island portfolio. These transactions which include new leases, long-term renewals and expansions underscore Reckson's commitment to provide valued services and amenities to its tenants. Additionally, these lease agreements validate Reckson's market position as the region's "Landlord of Choice". At Reckson Plaza in Uniondale, New England New England, name applied to the region comprising six states of the NE United States—Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. The region is thought to have been so named by Capt. Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Met Life, is expanding its premises to meet growth requirements.
