Reckson Associates Realty Corp. has announced recently that Physicians Online, Inc., has signed a lease for 25,469 SF at Reckson's class "A" office building at 560 White Plains Road -- one of eight recent transactions, totaling 48,631 SF, within the six-building Tarrytown Corporate Center. These transactions bring the company's county portfolio to more than 95% occupancy.

The recent leasing activity at the 708,000 SF Tarrytown Corporate Center is comprised of both new leases and renewals. Physicians' Online, Inc. has renewed a long-term agreement for 25,469 SF on the fourth floor. Physicians' Online, Inc. is an online network designed to allow interaction with local doctors, and to provide assistance in selecting a physician.

Also at the Tarrytown Corporate Center, two new tenants have signed leases for space on the second floor. @Thought.Inc has joined the tenant roster at 555 White Plains Road, leasing 5,324 SF of office space, along with JLB Equities, Inc., which has leased 3.998 SF. Sol Krevlin of FMB Real Estate Services, LLC brokered the lease agreement. In addition, at 505 White Plains Road, Eler Technologies, Inc. has leased 831 SF of office space and Tech 2000 Services & Staffing, Inc., a personnel firm, has renewed its lease for 520 SF of space.
