Electronic Software Distribution Market;

Signs 1Vision Software and MobileXperts

Reciprocal Inc., the global leader in digital rights management (DRM) and digital commerce services, continued its market penetration Noun 1. market penetration - the extent to which a product is recognized and bought by customers in a particular market
penetration - the act of entering into or through something; "the penetration of upper management by women"

Launched earlier this year, Reciprocal Software leverages Preview Systems (Nasdaq:PRVW PRVW Preview ) Digital Rights Management technology, giving software publishers, retailers and distributors the ability to realize profits faster by outsourcing all or part of their digital e-commerce functions.

Reciprocal's new software clients include:
-- 1Vision Software Inc. -- A specialist in digital storage management based in
Colorado. Reciprocal has already implemented a commerce-enabled CD as well as
"Buy Now" and "Try Before You Buy" models for the 1Vision Software Web site.
1Vision develops PC storage management software and tools for files stored on
removable media and on the Web. Products for which Reciprocal will handle
digital e-commerce include the 1Disk file management system for removable media
and 1Safe backup/restore system for removable media.

-- MobileXperts -- A Windows-based software solutions company with three
locations. Reciprocal will be working with the company's TwinDisk and Swap
Manager products, implementing "Buy Now" and "Try Before You Buy" business
models. TwinDisk is designed for users upgrading their hard drives; it clones
one drive to another, copying everything, including hidden files and
partitions, and creating a bootable backup. Swap Manager allows users to hot
swap IDE drives on their desktop computer by clicking an icon; it is not
necessary to power down Windows in order to swap drives.

These new relationships further Reciprocal's already established momentum in the global digital media marketplace and mark the company's first significant entry into electronic software distribution (ESD).

"Reciprocal's emergence as a central player in the digital economy continues with our foray into Verb 1. foray into - enter someone else's territory and take spoils; "The pirates raided the coastal villages regularly"

"We're excited with the traction we've made in the ESD market and excited to have these two dynamic new clients. Make no mistake, software is as vibrant and strategic a component to our business plan as publishing and entertainment."

ESD stands for Electronic Software Distribution and refers to the electronic marketing and distribution of software products over the Internet. Combined with DRM, ESD denotes the sale and distribution of Internet software that uses encryption technologies and secure management of transactions to assure reliable and well-managed online sales.

This process allows for the persistent protection of software, enables new sales models and unique marketing opportunities as well as provides usage tracking and valuable management reporting on a timely basis.
