Recellular opens Texas plant.


ReCellular Inc., a collector, reseller and recycler of used wireless phones and accessories based in Dexter, Mich., has announced the opening of a new cell phone refurbishing facility in Fort Worth, Texas Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas, 18th-largest city in the United States[1], and voted one of "America’s Most Livable Communities. . The plant will bring roughly 150 new jobs to the Fort Worth area.

The 50,000-square-foot plant will offer a broad range of advanced refurbishing capabilities, including painting, programming and flashing, as well as contract repairs on all makes of cellular handsets. ReCellular reports that the plant will offer improved turnaround time (1) In batch processing, the time it takes to receive finished reports after submission of documents or files for processing. In an online environment, turnaround time is the same as response time.  for cell phone servicing and shorter processing schedules for refurbished wireless devices resold in the U.S. and abroad, with the ability to refurbish re·fur·bish

"This plant, which complements the continuous growth taking place at our Michigan headquarters, allows us to provide a combination of support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  that is unique in the industry," Charles Newman Charles William Frank Newman is a British Judge and member of the Judicial Appointments Commission.

Newman was admitted as a solicitor in 1972 and appointed Registrar of the County Court in 1987. He has served as Chair of the District Judges IT Working Group.

ReCellular's expects to employ nearly 150 people within the next three months at the plant, with at least 40 jobs expected to be technical positions.
