Rebecca Blair Appointed President of John Varvatos Enterprises.

NEW YORK -- Rebecca Blair has been appointed President of John Varvatos Enterprises, Inc., effective mid-January 2007. Blair will report to Mr. John Varvatos, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, who currently holds the title of President.

Blair joins John Varvatos from Juicy Couture, where she spent three years as the Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Merchandising. Blair has 17 years of retail, wholesale and merchandising experience, with Chanel, Prada, TSE and, most recently, Gucci Group, where she was President of Sergio Rossi.

Blair possesses a valuable business background and a solid understanding of the industry. In her new role, she will work closely with Mr. Varvatos and will be responsible for overseeing the wholesale and retail divisions of John Varvatos Enterprises, both in the U.S. and internationally. Blair will also be responsible for licensing and will collaborate with Mr. Varvatos to explore and develop new business opportunities, thus enabling him to concentrate on design and marketing.
