Many companies are reaping the benefits of having NDIA professionally certified CDM staff, and the word has spread that achieving NDIA certification requires dedicated individuals who must meet high experience and knowledge standards. NDIA certified professionals are receiving appropriate benefits in salary and job assignments.
Certification is now in its 11th year and is just becoming what was only a vision 10 years ago. The goal was to have a method of recognizing the critical importance of the CDM discipline, in the business world and to reward those who are able to achieve professional status.
For those who want to achieve professional status in the CDM discipline and be able to put NDIA CCDM or NDIA CCDS after his/her name (and reap the associated benefits), act soon to become certified.
