Realty Plus Online has partnered with Vicinity, the world's leading provider of accurate, detailed, geo-enabled locators, to provide the Fusion MLS(TM) mapping package. Fusion MLS(TM) was unveiled during the recent National Association of Realtors(R) convention.

Realty Plus Online co-founders Kelly Pantis and Betsy Hitchcock will demonstrate the company's newest MLS product during Real Estate Connect '98 held Dec. 3-5 in San Francisco.

Fusion MLS(TM) works with or replaces existing MLS systems, seamlessly. Both the parallel server option and the complete MLS system offer agents intranet features such as custom fliers and graphical reports, and third-party data integration via an intuitive browser interface.

With the new mapping option, Realtors(R) can dial in to their MLS Web site, click on the mapping function, and access a dynamic map linked to the Vicinity server. A Realtor(R) can search for property within a defined radius of a specific location (such as the client's home or office), zoom in or out on an area, or move to areas adjoining the map.

Multiple properties can be combined on one map and point-to-point, turn-by-turn directions to each property can also be requested.
