Realtors to party like it's 1924.

The Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors is celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2004.

Founded in 1924, BMAR BMAR Backlog of Maintenance & Repair is a not-for-profit professional trade association officially representing the real estate industry as the local chapter for the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of State Association and National Association of Realtors The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is made up of residential and commercial realtors who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, and counselors, and others working in the real estate industry. .

A huge celebration is scheduled for April 1, 2004 at the Marina del Rey Del Rey may refer to:

Caterers in the Bronx. An impressive group of industry leaders and elected officials will be in attendance. Over 700 members, companies and friends are expected to attend. Networking cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the main program and formal dinner at 7:00 p.m. Alive-N-Kickin will be providing the entertainment after the program.

Honorable Randy Daniels, New York State Secretary of State, will be the guest speaker for this celebration. Daniels follows an impressive group of prior speakers, including Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, Mayor Rudy Guiliani, Senator Chuck Schumer and Senate candidate Hillary Clinton.
