The Bronx-Manhattan Association of Realtors (BMAR) is the only Realtor Board in Manhattan and The Bronx representing the National Association of Realtors with over 72,000 members. BMAR sponsors a wide range of programs and services for professionals active in the real estate industry.

Being an active member of The Bronx-Manhattan Association of Realtors also entitles each member with additional-benefits from the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR) automatically. There is no direct membership to NYSAR or NAR. Only through a local Board such as The Bronx-Manhattan Association of Realtors is membership to NYSAR or NAR available.
