RealProspex takes the lead as the latest renovation in online CRE.

RealProspex, a unique, free online marketplace for commercial real estate professionals which carefully vets each sales listing and matches them to the specified investment preferences of member investors, has been launched (www.realprospex.com).

RealProspex's proprietary process sifts through all property listings posted on the site and vastly streamlines the tedious process of sifting through thousands of listings that are neither rated nor pre-qualified as viable, revenue-generating acquisitions.

"We have harnessed the raw power of recent internet innovations to link buyers and brokers, without being overly scientific or impersonal im·per·son·al

," said Meir Kessner, senior vice president, RealProspex. "Real estate is also an art, which is where RealProspex fills the gap in online commercial real estate listings. We have live individuals, with real estate backgrounds, reviewing each deal, and confirming its suitability and viability for our registered investors."

The RealProspex process is customized, yet streamlined. Commercial brokers may list their properties for free. Each newly listed property is scrutinized by the RealProspex team. The result of RealProspex's screening is that buyers, based on their listed preferences with regard to property type, geographic region and other criteria, need not sift through hundreds or thousands of deals.

"Our research confirmed that sophisticated real estate professionals like the concept of a central location for online listings, but dislike the frustrating frus·trate

, process of searching for hours to find the one deal that might work for them," said Eliezer Breiner, RealProspex's vice president of business development.

One of the strongest value-added benefits of working with RealProspex is that through the firm's push technology, registered buyers are alerted, via e-mail, of only those acquisition opportunities that specifically meet their criteria. The site also provides national exposure for smaller and regional brokerage houses, introducing their listings to a high quality, national investor base.
