* Meridian Capital Group procured financing of $12 million on a 38 unit, 9 story building on East 49th Street in Manhattan. The loan featured a rate of 6.25%, interest only and a 10 year term. Avi Weinstock negotiated the transaction.

* Meridian placed a new mortgage of $6.08 million on a 6 story building containing 165 residential plus 9 commercial units on 4th Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The loan featured a rate of 5.4% and a 10 year term. The transaction was negotiated by Avi Weinstock.

* A new mortgage of $6 million was placed by Meridian on a 104 unit, garden apartment complex in Newington, CT. The loan featured a rate of 6.5% and a l0 year term.
