We just returned from Vancouver, where we stayed at the Park Ridge Park Ridge, city (1990 pop. 36,175), Cook co., NE Ill., a suburb adjacent to Chicago, on the Des Plaines River; inc. 1873. Park. The Park Ridge is located in a beautiful, quiet area of town. The rooms are elegant with luxurious bed linens. The hosts, Ian and Ted, are wonderful and provide a great breakfast and plenty of information about Vancouver.
