The survey, conducted by Universum, a company that conducts a number of industry surveys in Sweden, found that Razorfish and other Internet consulting firms were widely admired for their flexibility, agility in managing change, and for providing the opportunities they provide their employees to influence changes in society.

Survey participants were college graduates, aged 28 and 29, at least half of whom had worked at two companies since graduation. Ten percent of the participants had changed jobs three or more times since college. The 25 companies selected in the survey, in order of ranking, were:
