Adds Industrial Design, Product Design, and Engineering Skills

Through Acquisition of Electrokinetics and Members of Able Design

Furthering its commitment to a full suite of strategic, creative, and technology consulting services, Razorfish, Inc. (NASDAQ:RAZF) announced today two additions to its Digital Change Management practice. The additions are the acquisition of New York-based Electrokinetics and the hiring of the staff of New York-based Able Design. All members of both organizations will be fully integrated into current Razorfish operations over the next few weeks.

Electrokinetics, founded in 1989, is a technology and engineering oriented product development consultancy. Razorfish began its efforts in physical product design with the hiring of Tucker Viemeister in April as Executive Vice President of Research and Development from frog design. The addition of the Electrokinetics and Able Design teams not only adds seasoned software and hardware professionals to the Razorfish family, but also provides physical product prototyping and testing facilities.
