Raytheon Technical Services Co., Indianapolis is being awarded an $89,653,766 ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-02-D-3073) to exercise an option for systems engineering, software engineering, technical, manufacturing, life cycle, and facilities support for various Naval Air Systems Command The Naval Air Systems Command, or NAVAIR, is the part of the United States Navy which provides materiel support for naval aircraft and airborne weapon systems, such as guided missiles. NAVAIR was established in 1966 as the successor to the Navy's Bureau of Naval Weapons (BuWeps).  program offices. Work will be performed in Indianapolis and is to be completed in January 2004. Approximately $10,300,000 of the contract funds will expire expire /ex·pire/ (ek-spi´er)
