Raytheon Systems Co., St. Petersburg, Fla., is being awarded a $10,013,626 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00024-99-C-5110) for the development of Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC (Central Electronic Complex) The set of hardware that defines a mainframe, which includes the CPU(s), memory, channels, controllers and power supplies included in the box. Some CECs, such as IBM's Multiprise 2000 and 3000, include data storage devices as well. )/Enhanced Communication Capability. The CEC provides real time integration of fire control quality sensor A device that measures or detects a real-world condition, such as motion, heat or light and converts the condition into an analog or digital representation.
