Raytheon STARS team passes FAA Operational Capability Demonstration.LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 1995--Raytheon Electronic Systems Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System The Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) is an air traffic control automation system currently being used in many busier TRACONs around the United States.
