Raytheon Co. Network Centric Systems, St. Petersburg, Fla., is being awarded an $89,695,623 contract for fiscal year 2003 Navy Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC (Central Electronic Complex) The set of hardware that defines a mainframe, which includes the CPU(s), memory, channels, controllers and power supplies included in the box.
