It is the second largest city in the state, a major railroad and shipping point, a wholesale and distribution hub, , Ind., is being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with an estimated cumulative total of $26,000,000 (an appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order) for advanced artillery tactical data systems and software modifications for Portugal and Turkey. This is a foreign military sales That portion of United States security assistance authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and the Arms Export Control Act of 1976, as amended. This assistance differs from the Military Assistance Program and the International Military Education and Training Program  program consisting of engineering/integration services, software modifications, addition of weapons and munitions mu·ni·tion
