Raytheon Co., Falls Church, Va., is being awarded a $5,000,000 not-to-exceed order against a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00019-02-G-0350) for requirements development and initial design of the Block 3 Global Hawk Maritime Demonstration (GHMD GHMD Global Hawk Maritime Demonstration ) data control processor, data link controls and payload processing and preparation of an engineering plan to integrate thetactical control system (TCS (Transportation Control System) A widely used integrated information system for railroad transportation developed by the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company in the late 1960s and early 1970s. It was later implemented by Union Pacific when the companies merged. ) Block 3 into existing ship intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance systems.
